The Congress will be held between 29 October and 1 November 2026 at Gloria Hotel & Convention Center, Antalya.
The official language of the Congress is Turkish. Simultaneous translation from English into Turkish will be provided during the English sessions.
The exhibition and booth areas will be open to participants between 09:00 and 18:00 throughout the Congress.
Upon request, invitation letters for submission to participants’ institutions for permission purposes will be issued by the Congress Secretariat. These invitation letters are intended solely for obtaining official leave or permission. Registration, accommodation, and other related expenses remain the responsibility of the participants.
All participants will receive a name badge. Participants are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times to ensure the proper organization and security of the Congress.
Certificates of attendance will be sent via e-mail to all registered participants following the completion of the Congress.
A Speaker Ready Room will be available throughout the Congress for presenters to review and test their presentations. Speakers may also use their own personal computers if they wish.
