REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION FEES

• Everyone who wishes to attend the congress scientific meetings as an accompanying person or product promoter must be registered.
• Registration fees include: participation in scientific meetings, congress bag, abstract book, and access to the exhibition areas. Hotel accommodation is not included.
• If government increases tax rates or in case of unexpected economic changes, these will be reflected in the registration fees.
• 20% VAT will be added to registration fees.

• Participants who do not stay at the congress hotel or have not booked their accommodation through the congress organization secretariat are required to pay the external participation fee (hotel usage fee).
• If government increases tax rates or in case of unexpected economic changes, these will be reflected in the external participation fees.
• The external participation fee is valid between 08:00 - 18:00.
• 20% VAT will be added to external participation fees.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• Accommodation prices are for a 3-night package between November 5, 2026 (check-in) and November 8, 2026 (check-out), and include all inclusive.
• Accommodation requests will be considered invalid if payment is not completed before the congress.
• 10% VAT will be added to the accommodation fees.
• If government increases tax rates or in case of unexpected economic changes, these will be reflected in the accommodation fees.

TRANSFER FEES

• 20% VAT will be added to transfer fees.
• The above rate is a per person group transfer fee between Antalya Airport and Gloria Golf Hotel Belek.
• For private transfer requests, please contact Nexus Organization.
• If government increases tax rates or in case of unexpected economic changes, these will be reflected in the transfer fees.
