REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

REGISTRATION FEES

• Anyone wishing to attend the congress scientific sessions as an accompanying person or product representative must complete the registration process.
• The registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, a congress bag, a congress abstract book, and access to the exhibition area. Hotel usage is not included.
• In the event of an increase in tax rates by the government or an unexpected significant rise in the national economy, such increases will be reflected in accommodation fees.
• A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.

• Participants who are not staying at the congress hotel or who have not arranged their accommodation through the congress secretariat are required to pay an external participation fee (hotel usage fee).
• In the event of any increase in tax rates imposed by the government, or any unexpected significant changes in the national economy, such increases will be reflected in the external participation fees.
• The external participation fee is valid between 08:00 and 18:00.
• A 20% VAT will be added to the external participation fee.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• Accommodation prices are based on a 3-night package with check-in on 29 October 2026 and check-out on 1 November 2026. All accommodations will be provided on an all-inclusive basis.
• Accommodation requests will be considered invalid if payment is not completed prior to the congress.
• A 10% VAT will be added to the stated accommodation fees.
• In the event of any increase in tax rates imposed by the government, or any unexpected significant changes in the national economy, such increases will be reflected in the accommodation fees.

TRANSFER FEES

• A 20% VAT will be added to the transfer fees.
• The above-mentioned price is per person and applies to group transfers between Antalya Airport and Gloria Hotel & Convention Center.
• For private transfer requests, please contact Global Turizm Organizasyon.
